Josie Margaglione

Ms. Margaglione serves as Of Counsel to the TBF Law Group. Josie Margaglione began practicing family law in the Austin area in 2008, shortly after moving from Chicago.

Josie’s varied background helps her to listen to, educate and advise clients beginning with the initial consultation.  She helps her clients work through difficult family issues to come up with and advocate for solutions and plans that are in the client’s best interests.  Josie maintains an edge for her clients through continuous legal education in family law.

Josie is an alumnus of the University of Illinois and graduated from Northern Illinois University College of Law with honors.   Josie comes to law with a background in education and international human resources, and is a fluent French speaker.  She is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Texas.

Prior to moving to Texas, Josie practiced family, criminal and civil litigation with the Chicago law firm of Ariano, Hardy, Nyuli, Johnson, Richmond, and Goettel, P.C.    Josie also clerked for U.S. District Court Judge Philip G. Reinhard, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, Explosives, and Arson, the Office of the Illinois State Appellate Defender, and the Office of the Kane County State’s Attorney.

Nikki Hudman

Ms. Hudman serves as “Of Counsel” to the TBF Law Group.

Ms. Hudman has an extensive background in law. Prior to earning her Bachelor’s Degree and J.D., she worked with Attorneys in Austin and New Braunfels in both paralegal and law clerk capacities.

Ms. Hudman earned her J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law and completed one-third of her J.D. at the University of Texas School of Law. Prior to that, she graduated from Texas State University Magna cum Laude.

After being admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2008, Ms. Hudman formed Hudman & Synan, P.L.L.C.

Ms. Hudman areas of practice include Family Law (Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Modification); Wills, Estates, and Trusts; and Business Law. Ms. Hudman is certified to perform Mediation in Texas.

Ms. Hudman thrives on challenges as evidenced by her tenacity in earning her J.D. by commuting from Austin to San Antonio and while having her first child.  She is committed to getting her clients access to justice by creating innovative legal solutions that do so.
